I am selling an apartment in Pāvilosta, in the historical residential building of the Upesmuiža manor, whose history dates back at least to the 15th century, when the territory on the banks of the Saka River belonged to the von Sackens (von Sacken) and who also gave the name to the manor - Sackenhausen and was later renamed Upesmuiža. The manor building ensemble was formed in the first half of the 19th century, its complex included the houses of the manager (manor), forester and servants. Therefore, the building has a long history, but since it does not have the status of a historical monument, significant restrictions on the use of the house have not been determined.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building, it has undergone high-quality cosmetic repairs, the historical floors have been preserved and restored, as well as the internal electrical installation and stove have been arranged so that you can fully live in it immediately.
